All our products are specially produced in our own factory, under hygienic conditions, with natural ingredients at superior quality standards!

Our Factory

Sakarya Production Facility

Our factory is located in a facility with a closed area of 2640 m2 in a total of 7500 m2 land in Erenler district of Sakarya province.

Production, filling and packaging activities in our extensive facility are carried out in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (GMP), BRC CP and IFS HPC standards.

In our factory, which consists of PLC-SCADA systems and high-performance reliable platforms, we develop our products within automated boiler production and conduct a fully automatic system with minimum operator intervention. Thus, we are able to provide reliable and accurate data while achieving full monitoring for product safety.

Our Production Process

Natural Ingredients, Hygienic Production, Transparent Formulas

Within the manufacturing areas of our factory, formula production is carried out untouched by using automation systems, and state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.

Our line and equipment washing system, accompanied by jeep pumps, is used to clean all our equipment and lines, due to which effective cleaning processes are carried out. These processes are secured by microbiological and chemical controls.

Once the production phase is completed, they are then transferred to the scheduled filling machines with guidance from automation, and thereafter filling is carried out without any air and hand contact.

After products are packaged, they are stocked in our hygienic warehouse with appropriate conditions and prepared for shipment.
